We aim to delight you with every book, and bring you on a journey of the imagination introducing you to books and authors you may not have already encountered.
No two subscriptions are ever the same, because we know that all readers are unique.
It’s quite easy to renew.
I would suggest that it could be improved for people renewing more than one subscription at a time. Also there is no place to add the destination email address so I have to forward the delivery emails to my son, as the subscriptions are a gift.

I only have had 2 books though, was I not to get 1 a month for 3 months as I have not received a third?
This was a surprise birthday present and very welcome. To date i have only received the first month’s book, which I enjoyed and which I would not have chosen for myself. In short, the idea of a surprise book each month is fun.
A gift for very hard to buy for people. Brilliant customer service, eager to get things right.
2 books into a 6 month subscription, one a hit, the second had already been read by one member of the couple and was deemed to be too bloodthirsty for the other. After a conversation it was replaced by another successful choice. Neither selection was something that either would have chosen for themselves.
This is a perfect choice of gift for me. And two books in, the selections have been spot on!

This subscription has been so fun! The first book was exactly my style & I binged it within 2 days. A great introduction to a new author that I’d not heard of - already ordered the 2nd book in the series. Can’t wait to get stuck into my next months book!
I buy quite a lot of books and am quite fussy about what I read but I just love the excitement of my monthly delivery and exploring what the wonderful Willoughby team have chosen for me. I am on my eighth title so far and of those 7 have been great reads. I plan to continue my subscription for much longer.

Since 2019 we've worked hard to make our subscriptions plastic free. All of our stickers are printed on eco friendly bio-degradable paper and our fully recyclable packaging comes from sustainable sources.
