Refund policy
BOOK SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you receive a book that you have read previously please let us know and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent.
If you’d like to cancel your subscription please get in touch via hello@thewilloughbybookclub.co.uk and we’ll assist.
If you’ve changed address part way through your subscription please let us know in advance of the moving date and we’ll update your postage details.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 5 days to process.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised items
- Merchandise that is worn, altered, damaged, used, or washed
- Sale items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
